Ozzie's is always a good silly time.  They boast of having karaoke every night of the week, but I've been there before when it's not busy, and the karaoke isn't going on.  And the place is big enough that if your friends want to escape the karaoke, they can go elsewhere in the bar and do their thing.

Rickshaw in Greenwood is quite the dive, but it can be really fun there most nights. It has Karaoke 7 nights a week. Get there early if you wanna good seat.

The Little Red Hen near Greenlake has kick ass Karaoke every Wednesday @ 9... voted Seattle's best in several local polls.  Busy and always a party.
