I'm heading to DC for the first time this week and have company paid meals for a couple of days. Can someone recommend some of the best places to try out that will also provide a Washington DC experience?
Prices should be in the 30-60 range per person.
I'll be staying in the Embassy Row area if that makes a difference.
Thanks!

Definitely try to spend one night at the 1789 Restaurant in Georgetown, see the rave Yelp reviews here: http://www.yelp.com/bi...
Not nearly as expensive, but a classic DC institution is the Old Ebbitt Grill, see: http://www.yelp.com/bi...
Hope you have a nice time in our city. There are plenty of great restaurants near where you're staying, because it's close to Dupont Circle. Otherwise, hop in a cab and it's a quick trip over to Georgetown or other parts of downtown DC.

I second 1789 - probably the best bet in your price range. It's classy DC dining. If you're looking for a steak house, the Caucus Room is great. If you're looking for ethnic, try Rasika.
